my friend dalida was saying to keep a gratitude diary - every night before going to bed, think of three things in your day that you are grateful for. sorta like enhancing and highlighting the positive things that happened. i am grateful for frances, sophie & ben (and the pizza) and talking with my lovely friend robin from nyc. grateful for the appreciating laying down. on my back, with hot water bottle, surrendering to the rest that my body is asking for. i am grateful for this blog, and the importance it stands for in my life's path. thank you for reading this.
try it for a week and see how things change in your own life.
laying flat like this i have a new acquantence with stillness, yet i am not a good friend of hers. i am longing to know more about her quietude and pacifying lifestyle. i invite peace in.
i hear some messages loud and obnoxious, yet i choose to ignore their messages of love...how to identify and choose to embrace and transform, i am fear filled in my back from this soreness which resonates thru me as though my spine were made of glass, delicately blown and spun and just so...every movement is gentle.
time to sleep, to go deep in to my dreamlands, look across the great plains, my song soaring with the winds, racing thru the grasses, hissing like an unseen snake, quick like the leopard, come meet me there in that universe...i am breathing deep oceans in to my lungs
